Believe it or not, it’s already August. And that means many of Americans United’s interns are wrapping up their church-state separation projects and getting ready to go back to school. This summer, we are proud to welcome eight interns to Americans United. They come from across the country and are all excited to be spending the summer in Washington D.C., working to advance the cause of church-state separation.

Editor’s Note: Today we are pleased to present a blog post written by Allison Rothschild and Delaney Gold-Diamond, both of whom served as interns with Americans United this summer. They offer some thoughts on their experiences.
Allison Rothschild, AU Legal Intern: I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity I’ve had this summer to learn about Americans United’s mission and contribute to its goals.
