As the decision in Hobby Lobby shows, we are seeing more and more cases of businesses and their owners attempting to deny benefits to their employees—or to discriminate against customers—based on the owners’ religious beliefs. But there’s some good news: You can help us stop these violations of your rights.
We would like to hear from you if:
- You’ve been turned away from a business, or rejected by a potential landlord, for religious reasons.
- Your boss is refusing to pay you equal wages based on gender, or otherwise discriminating against you based on gender, race, sexuality, or religious affiliation or another protected category like disability, based on his own religious beliefs.
- Your boss has denied you access to insurance coverage you’re legally entitled to receive.
