Jacob Chansley, a horn-helmeted, bare-chested, bellowing Arizona man known as the “QAnon shaman” who was among the insurrectionist mob that stormed the U.S. Capitol Jan. 6, has pleaded guilty to a felony count and will serve time in prison.

Chansley, who also goes by the name Jake Angeli, was one of the most high-profile marauders because on the day of the attack, he wore face paint and a fur hat with horns. After the mob broke into the Senate chamber, Chansley shouted a prayer from the balcony expressing thanks to God for “allowing us to get rid of the communists, the globalists and the traitors within our government.” He later told CBS News’ “60 Minutes” that he joined the insurrection to “bring God back into the Senate.”

Chansley pleaded guilty Sept. 3 to a felony charge of obstructing an official proceeding before Congress. He has agreed to serve from 41 to 51 months in prison, with sentencing to occur next month.
