David is the co-founder of the El Paso Chapter of Americans United, Join Us For Justice

He attended The University of Texas at Austin, South Texas College of Law and graduated from The University of Texas at El Paso. He is a Certified Public Accountant. David practices in Texas and New Mexico and is Certified in Financial Forensics by the American Institute of CPAs. He specializes in forensic Accounting, compliance engagements, federal tax compliance, and litigation support. David is also a co-regional contact for the Burning Man Project.
